The Spinach Wrap

Forget about food supplements or multivitamin tablets, eat your greens! They’re packed  with antioxidants, minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese), dietary fibre, and nutrients such as Vitamins A, C, E and K (especially found leafy greens such as kale, spinach or lettuce).

The Spinach wrap is a cool and easy alternative to a regular wrap or even bread. You can see from the picture that I made it a little thick (it’s more of a pancake really), but you can make them thinner and smaller if you want to.


With this recipe, you’ll make 2 thick wraps and about 4 thinner ones. And for the record, it’s also full of protein thanks to the egg white (11 gr / egg white)!
